ASCA Level 1

Finally the dates are out. 2 weekends in mid May. Wifey would be away for the second weekend. Thus, timing is quite nice. Got to cancel my NKF training on Sunday, but Sat morning client training is ok since the course starts at 1pm on Sat. Sui sui lah!

I have been checking the sports council website almost everyday for the dates of the ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) level 1 course. But the date on the website keep say "Jan 07 (tbc)"!!!!!! Wait for so long and there is nothing yet......

Btw, caught the flu bug since Thursday. Still coughing today but the fever is gone. Hopefully can get well soon. Me not salaryman now, no work = no money.......

Ha, finally this is working!

Downloaded firefox 2 and I will now get rid of my internet explorer. STUPID dump explorer, always makes my computer hang when I log into my blog.

Well, I know I am slow in all these computer stuff, but better late than never.
